Independent Subsidized Apartment property that is nestled in a quet park-like setting. Property is available for people who are 62 and older or those with physical or developmental disabilities. 10 one bedroom apartments, on site laundry, community room, off street parking and security cameras in the common areas and parking lot. Apartments have an emergency response system pull cord located in the bathroom and the apartment that turn on a light located outside of each apartment. Key is required to enter the building between 10 pm and 7 am. Unit bathrooms feature a heat lamp and grab bars.


Rent includes heat, water, and garbage pickup. There is a place for an A/C unit but this is not provided for tenants. Range and refrigerator furnished. Small pets and service animals allowed, pets must be licensed with the Village of Footville and have proof of vaccinations.

Ezra Footville Memorial Manor accepts applicants with incomes up to $52,200 for a 2 person household, we first offer housing ro very low income eligible individuals, which at the present time is $25,550 per year for a one person household and $29,200 per year for a two person household. We are an equal opportunity Rural Development housing community affiliated with the Section 515 rental housing program. Most residents pay aproximately 30% of their adjusted gross income. A prosepective resident must provide a complete income, asset, and medical information prior to admission and on a yearly basis to recertify eligibility for the apartment to comply with federal regulations. We currently have a short waiting list for occupancy. Often circumstances and availability change frequently. We are often recruiting additional applications who may need housing soon.
