MilES will help determine if your eligible for the following programs:
FoodShare, BadgerCare Plus, Medicaid, SeniorCare, Medicare Part D, Child Care, Wisconsin Works (W-2), WIC, The Emergency Food Assistance Program, Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program, and the State Life Insurance Fund.
Individuals who need to report changes to their case can do so online at https://access.wisconsin.gov/ or contact the Call/Change Center at 1-888-947-6583 (voice) or 711 (TTY).
