Description:
Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) assisted living located in Oneida County. Services provided include room and board, supervision, support services, and may include up to three hours of nursing care per week. All individuals admitted to CBRF's MUST have a Community Options Program (COP) assessment completed prior to admission. The COP assessment is completed by a social worker from the Oneida County Department of Social Services to identify areas of independence and assistance needs. COP funding can assist in providing supportive care services in the older adults own residence or in a CBRF. Talk with the CBRF Manager for more details.
