AFH for individuls with Developmental Disabilitites and older adults with functional impairments. State Licensed and are located 2 1/2 miles south east of Colby.
3 private bedrooms and wheel chair accessible. Some of the services provided to assist the residents are:personal care, medication management, laundry and meals. Transportaion is provided for doctor appointments, shopping or hair appointments.
The owner, Rosemary Kroening is a licensed Practical Nurse with 27yrs experience. She will be assisted by her husband as needed.
