The Community Connections Free Clinic (CCFC) in Dodgeville offers free basic health care on a walk-in basis to those who are unable to afford or access medical services elsewhere.
CCFC is open to children & adults who are uninsured, without regard to age, race, gender or creed.
CFC offers free, basic medical services such as: *Medical exams for acute & chronic illnesses
*Some diagnostic lab & xrays *Follow-up care *referrals to specialists, if needed *Assistance w/ fees for prescriptions ordered by clinic physicians *health education *Referrals to community resources
CCFC does NOT provide: Prenatal & obstetrical services , pregnancy & abortion counseling, Emergency care such as broken bones & heart attacks, Surgery, Payment of preseriptions ordered by physicians outside of the clinic
This is a walk-in clinic. Patients are seen on a first come/first served basis.
