Senior Housing - operates 11 apartment buildings in 10 communities throughout the county. They are all one bedroom apartments limited to two occupants. Tenants must be 62 years or older or handicapped/disabled persons regardless of age.
Applicants do not need to be residents of the county to apply.
Locations in Juneau, Beaver Dam, Lowell, Reeseville, Waupun, Iron Ridge, Theresa, Burnett, Old Ashippum and Hustisford. Regular openings but also take applications for waiting list.
HUD Housing Choice Voucher - program is available to anyone of low income to subsidize rent through private landlords. Applications are processed in the order they are received - need not be a resident of the county.
