Applications for funding are available to individuals/families and service organizations. Funds cannot be used for political purposes or to reimburse the Cooperative for any expenses or unpaid energy uses. Applications are available online and they are available at the Cooperative's three service centers in Friendship, Pardeeville, and Wautoma. Or you can request an application form by writing us at PO Box 70, Friendship, WI 53934. Applications are reviewed quarterly.
