Description:
A Wellness and Depression Clinic for Latino Seniors ages 60 and over, offering to help identify, educate and provide FREE confidential care coordination services in order to address late life depression within the Hispanic older adult community. Symptoms include feelings of sadness, trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, increased irritability, difficulty eating, increased fatigue. Participants will receive assistance, advocacy and follow-up services in order to become active collaborators in their own treatments.
