Rent is based on 30% of gross adjusted income for the household. Apartments are either 2 or 3 bedroom. There MUST be a minimum of 2 people per apartment. They are no longer able to rent to just one person. The 2 people can be a couple, parent and child, or just roommates, but no single occupancy. 6 units, 8 apartments each.
