It is made up of 8 two bedroom units and 8 three bedroom units, each with one bathroom. The dwelling is designed with the needs of families in mind. It will have a security locked entrance, large outdoor playground.
Eligibility: Must qualify for Section 8 Housing and have children. Occupancy will be given to homeless families and domestic violence victims.
Intake Procedure: Complete Ada James Place application and Richland County Housing Authority Application. Have applications approved by these agencies
