A class A licensed adult family home providing min-moderate assistance with adl's and medication for DD clients age 18 and up.
Services based on individual clients needs and include: 24 hour supervision and assistance from trained staff (bathing, grooming etc), 24 hour access to RN Supervision, Personal space and privacy maximum of four residents in home, Assistance with Medication, Family Style environment, Individualized meal plan(3 meals a day with snacks and beverages),Wide variety of activities available, Laundry services, staff available to accompany to appointments
