The Alzheimer’s Family & Caregiver Support Program is designed to support families caring for a person with
Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia in their home. Up to $2,000 per year can be used to pay for respite care
(in-home care or adult day care) so family members can have a break from caregiving. A co-payment might be
required, depending upon the income level of the person with dementia and his or her spouse
