Description:
The Birth to Three Program is an early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. Using a family-centered approach, the program helps families to receive the necessary supports and services to enhance development. Services are individually tailored based on the child's and family's needs through the creation of an Individualized Family Service Plan. Services provided include: service coordination, special instruction, family education, specialized therapy (including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy) and other health related services.
