Description:

The WIC Program is designed to assist in meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to 5 years old. It offers nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and support, monthly supplemental foods, and referrals for other heatlh care services or programs. There are several clinic sites in Waushara, Marquette, and Green Lake Counties. Automatic qualification for Medicaid, BadgerCare, Healthy Start, or family income under 185% of federal poverty level.
