Description:
A corporate guardian is a non-profit corporation that provides guardianship service for individuals who have no family unwilling family members or unsuitable family members to serve as guardians. The corporation is appointed by a probate court pursuant to Chapter 54 of the Wisconsin Statutes to make decisions for another adult who the court has determined incompetent.
Representative payee services are appointed by social security to handle a persons social security benefits.
Guardian Services are court appointed. The Upper Chamber Inc may be appointed as a temporary guardian or permanent guardian of the person, of the estate, or both.
