Description:
Provides residential support services to adults with cognitive and or functional limitations. We provide in-home support and training in regards to activities of daily living, personal cares, housekeeping and meal preparation, as well as supervision on an as needed basis. Operates on a person centered philosphy to increase positive outcomes and improve quality of life while maintaining a balance with health and safety. Can also provide medical and mental health care managment to maximize health and happiness. Also has contracts for daily living skills and supportive home care.
