Description:
Healthy Living with Diabetes is a 6-week workshop designed to help adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes learn self-management skills and increase confidence in managing diabetes. The program meets once a week for 2 1/2 hours each. Some of the topics include foot care, eating healthy, excercise, how to prevent high/low blood sugar levels, and setting goals.
