Aurora Vocational Services provides the opportunity to participate in daily community activities as well as in house activities that concentrate on Adult Daily Living Skills, Vocational Skills, Adult Education and a variety of fun activities throughout the day. Programming is designed to accommodate each individual’s needs. Aurora Day Services provides services to individuals who are 16 years of age and older. Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Providing assistance to people with disabilities seeking to obtain or maintain community based employment.
*Job placement and Supported Employment Services: Working in collaboration with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, we will work to match your unique job interests with community employers. On-site job training can also be provided to ensure job success and retention.
*Employment skill development classes: Helping individuals further develop soft skills that will help them reach their employment goals.
Aurora Adult Day Services has helped individuals with developmental disabilities become an integral part of their community. This is achieved through the development of social and life skills, participation in community activities and events and recreational programs. We provide a flexible and individualized atmosphere conducive to personal growth and development.
