Description:
The Tomah VA has a hospital/inpatient Medical & Psychiatric unit; outpatient clinic, including specialty services; four community based outpatient clinics located in Lacrosse, Loyal, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids; a 200-bed nursing home care unit; counseling programs; provide referrals for benefits, jobs and shelter; transitional living program, and hospice care.
Eligibility: Individually determined based on veteran's military service.
