The Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) provides support to Wisconsin residents who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind through the provision of information & referral services, communication access and accommodation consultation and training to service providers and stakeholders throughout the State.
