Kelly House is a licensed eight-bed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). This CBRF provides comprehensive assisted living services in a cozy family setting, where staff is readily available 24/7.

Assisted Living Apartment (RCAC)
Basic services (included in monthly rates):
*Three meals a day and snacks as requested
*Wireless nurse call system
*Weekly housekeeping including a linen change
*Laundry
*24-hour staff supervision. Night room checks are done every 2 hours from 10 pm to 6 am.

Limited transportation for local shopping and errand running is included. This can be arranged through staff members on duty

Kelly House duplex apartments are designed for the mature adult (55 and older). The apartments are 1150 square feet, barrier free, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, laundry, and a one-car garage.

*Utilities (Telephone and cable TV are not included in the monthly rate)
*Staff person on-site 24 hours a day for emergencies
*Fire sprinkler system

*Activities such as crafts, cards, bingo, current events, church groups and entertainment
