This program provides a means for elderly or disabled individuals as well as those with significant health issues to access immediate help 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The LifeDirect button is worn aruond the neck or wrist. When pressed, the button immediately calls the LifeDirect care center who, in turn, dispatches the help needed (either a previously selected "responder" or emergency personnel). Reminders to take medications, etc. can also be programmed into the LifeDirect unit. the unit is $31.00 for one time set-up fee and costs $35.00 per month.
