QHO Financial Services also provides Representative Payee services to individuals which may include the receipt of funds due the consumer, whether from State, Federal or other sources. Representative Payees maintain the consumer's bank account, develop and monitor monthly budgets, write checks to pay bills, and inform payors of changes that may affect the beneficiary's eligibility for benefits.
