CAP Services has been on the front-line of the war on poverty since 1966. As a private non-profit corporation, CAP offers programs in Marquette, Outagamie, Portage, Waupaca, Waushara and parts of Marathon and Wood counties. Some of the programs offered are: skills training, business development, homebuyers assistance, weatherization, special needs housing, early childhood development, and crisis intervention.
