Description:
Delivers nutritious meals and offers a well-check to persons who are 1) age 60 or older, 2) confined to their home because of illness or disability, 3) and unable to prepare their own meals. Staff complete an in-home assessment. Hot meals are generally delivered M-F. Some rural areas may have frozen meals delivered once weekly. There may be a waiting list. Suggested contribution of $4.50. No eligible person is excluded if unable to contribute, however contributions are a very necessary part of the budget.
