Mankind Support Service, Inc. is a long-term living environment, as well as come-in supports, for adults with traumatic brain injuries, behavior challenges, and other types of disabilities. The philosophy is to enable every individual to achieve his or her highest level of independent living through small family like living environments and personalized programs which are unique to each individual. Available services are: Nursing Services through Home Health United/Visiting Nurse Services; Vocational Services through a variety of vocational agencies within Madison; One-to-One Staffing offered for an additional fee; and, coordination of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies as well as other medical services but all fees and payments are to be arranged with the provider.
Hours: Residential 24 hours/day & come-in supports
Eligibility: Medically stable. TBI, behaviorally challenged
Intake procedure: Initial meeting, assessment, several more contacts before admit in a variety of environments.
