The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias and their families. The Alliance is a guide to those coping with this disease as they learn about options and begin to plan for the future. We are your partner along the journey.

Alzheimer's Family and Caregiver Support Program (AFCSP)
AFCSP offers support and limited funding to qualified families caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease or other irreversible dementia. The funding can be used for a wide variety of goods and services and is available in each county. To access funds in Dane County, please call and ask for our AFCSP Coordinator.
