Description:
This program is only for homeowners that have a non-functioning furnace(i.e., they have no heat or have an unsafe furnace)
Eligibility requirements:
* Must be and be approved for Energy Assistance during the current heating season (October through the following May)
* Home must be owned and occupied by owner
* Home must have a non-functioning furnace
* The heating system in two to four-unit rental properties can be addressed if the property owner lives in the building and is eligible for Energy Assistance. If the heating system to be repaired/replaced is in a rental unit, the renter ust also be eligible for Energy Assistance
