Description:
Provides Supportive Home Care and Personal Services to older adults and individuals with disabilities. 24/7 on call, trained backup caregivers for personal care, supportive home care, and respite. Additional caregiver training is provided to every employee - Direct Care Competency Certification (equivalent to PCW), Alzheimer's Dementia Memory Care, Cultural Competency, and Customer Service. Also provide RN supervisoin, one-on-one training RN delegated taskes, and electronic monitory telephony. Outcome based services include community living, daily living skills, comprehensive community services, and consultative clinical therapeutic services. Employees for Outcome Based Services are specifically recruited or promoted and individually trained. These Outcome Based Services can also be purchased privately. Staff has excelent customer service skills and will do what it takes to help clients.
