Matthews of Wrightstown is a 16 bed community based residential facility that is licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. All rooms are private with a kitchenette area and have a private half bathroom which is handicapped accessible. This facility offers daily activities, weekly communion, pull cords in the bathroom and room, 24 hour awake staff, certified nursing assistants, sunroom, community dining room, respite and hospice care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy provided at the facility, and in-house lab work. Cost will vary depending on care needs. Accepts self-pay, Long Term Care Insurance, Veterans funds, and accepts funding through Family Care (Lakeland). Couples welcome. Accepts small pets.
