Description:
The Health Department is committed to improving the health and well-being of Oak Creek residents through communicable disease surveillance, prevention and control, generalized public health nursing program, health promotion, disease prevention, and human health hazard prevention and control (Administrative Rule HFS 140). In addition, the Health Department provides programming involving assessment, education, policy development and assurance (Wis. Stat. 251).
