Description:
A program of IMPACT, the Assessment and Referral program offers confidential alcohol and drug consultations completed by certified alcohol and other drug abuse professionals at no cost (fees apply to mandated assessment including OWI, Probation and Parole,etc). Counselors help clients identify the severity of the problem, suggest strategies to reduce use, and provide clients with resources/ referrals appropriate to their needs.
