Accessible by elevator. All 20 are one bedroom apartments; four apartments on lower floor are handicapped accessible. Separate storage area on first floor for each unit. Manager does not live in building. One year lease required. $200 security deposit required. $200 pet deposit required (small dog or cat only). Annual recertification applies. Plenty of parking spaces. Secured entry building.
