Dental Care by sponsored referral
Behavioral Health:
Mental Health Services, including Psychiatric Medication Treatment
Psychological Evaluation and Consultation
Substance Abuse Services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment
Individual, Group and Family Therapy
Community Support Program
Mental Health First Aid Training for community groups and organizations
Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program
Community Services:
Benefits Assistance, including disability application support (SOAR)
Case Management
Targeted Case Management and Comprehensive Community Services
HIV Linkage to Care & Case Management Services
Rapid Re-Housing for Homeless Families
Street Outreach
Specialized Outreach to homeless, mentally-ill persons (PATH)
Pharmacy:
On site pharmacy for OCHC patients and clients. On site pharmacy open to the public.
Medical Clinic Hours:
Monday - Thursday from 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
Behavioral Health Walk-in clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday from 8:30am-2:30pm
