Alzheimer's Association can provide a warm knowledgeable voice on the phone, accurate information, face-to-face consultation and support, specialized educational opportunities, and the safe return of a loved one. The Alzheimer's Association -Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter serves a diverse 11-county region, where an estimated 50,000 people are affected by Alzheimer's disease. Mission: To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
They serve these counties: Dodge, Fond du Lac, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha.
The Alzheimer's Association Helpline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in 140 languages. Our staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Not a hotline, it is a Helpline.
