This program, administered by Women's Employment Project (WEP), seeks to reduce energy costs by making homes more energy efficient. Eligibility is tied to the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP). If a person is eligible for WHEAP he/she may also be eligible for weatherization. Call WEP at (920)743-7273.
