The mission of the Cudahy Health Department is to protect and promote the overall health and wellbeing of the community by recognizing the unique values and needs of our diverse population. The vision is health for all who live, work and play in Cudahy. The Cudahy Health Department offers a variety of clinical, educational and prevention services. The programs and services offered focus on preventing illness and disease, as well as keeping you and your whole family healthy.
Services include immunizations, TB screening, blood pressure screening, pregnancy test, children's dental varnish, safe sleep, child development screening, WIC, Sharps collection, medication disposal, radon kits and gun lock distribution.
All communicable disease must be reported to the Health Department. Our nurses can help to verify the disease, offer advice on care and explain any isolation requirements.
