Community Care - The hospital provides community care for all services provided to the general public via the hospital (inpatient and outpatient) and Ministry Home Care (home health agency). Patient bills may be written off to charity care on the basis of the patient/family's annual income and assets.
Senior Foot Clinic - Foot care services provided at Lake Side Surgical Associates, 1843 Michigan St., Sturgeon Bay, on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The fee for this service is $8.00. Call Karen at 920-746-3570.
