A small out-patient mental health clinic providing services for all ages. Wellness Counseling Center has served the Fox Cites as a Mental Health Counseling Center since 1986.
Our building is located directly across from St Elizabeth’s Hospital’s main entrance. Our parking lot can be accessed from W Seymour St. You can take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and you can’t miss us.
