This private, non-profit corporation's Supportive Home Care and Personal Care programs provide quality and affordable services which keep individuals comfortable, safe and oriented in their own homes. Threre is an hourly change for services, but income eligible individuals may receive all or partial funding through the Green Lake County Department of Health and Human Services.
Supportive home care services include assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands and transportation to appointments.
Personal Care workers are trained to establish and maintain good personal hygiene for their clients. Care is provided under written orders from the client's physician, and meets WI Medical Assistance criteria for personal care. PC services may include a shower/bath with maintenance ov safety; assitance with shampooing hair and hair care; skin and nail care; assistance with dressing; and maintaining cleanliness of the bathroom. PC workers receive instruction and supervision relative to each individual client from a Registered Nurse.
