Skilled nursing care facility. 114 beds in private or semi-private rooms, 16 beds in private rehabilitation suites (quick recovery), 25 beds for memory care center (Alztheimer's & dementia) Inpatient/outpatient therapies, medical, recreational, social services and interdenominational chapel on premises. Inpatient and outpatient physical, speech, and occupational therapies. In house services also include dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and psychiatric care. Additional services include: IV/TPN bariatrics, wound vac, trach care, private rehab suites, advisors, monthly visits from orthopedic surgeon advisor and psychologist consultant. Respite care involves short-term overnight care and provides a safe and caring alternative to home. Staff can provide 24 hour care, administration of medication, meals and recreational activities. Respite is available to any elderly or disabled person under continual care.
