Deals with truant, uncontrollable, delinquent juveniles through imposing accountability for violations of law and equips juvenile offenders with competencies to live responsibly and productively. List is available to all law enforcement.

Responsible for the Kinship Care Program which provides payment to relatives who care for children for whom they are not legally responsible. A social worker assesses the home, completes criminal background check, and complete an agreement with a relative caretaker. Kinship is provided in cases where children are either court ordered into a relative placement or a relative has become responsible for a child because they are at risk of becoming a child in need of protection or services.

Responsible for the Special Care and Treatment clients. Many of these children suffer from some type of mental illness and their aggressive behavior requires specialized placements.

The Juvenile Restitution Program develops community worksites, where juveniles are assigned through the court system to fulfill their restitution and community service obligations.

The Youth Employment Skills/Independent Living Skills (YES/ILS) Program is designed to meet the needs of young adults ages 15 to 17, to prepare them for independent living.
