Cranberry House sleeping rooms have shared kitchen and laundry facilities. There is no smoking in the building but landlord has provided a separate smoking room on side of huose. All bedding, pots, pans, dishes etc., provided for tenants of the ranberry House. Rooms have t.v. hookups and phone jacks. Tenants pay all utilities for apartments and house. Utilities included in rooms at Cranberry House. Rents: 1BR - $385 to $425; 2BR House - $600; Rooms at Cranberry House - $85 to $95/week. Security Deposit - 1 Months Rent.
