Description:
Ascension at Home/Compassus - General Home Health Services included, but are not limited to the following:
*Teaching independence in the home and community
*Assisting in the community
*Offering leisure and recreational support services/clubs
*Providing supportive home care services - assistance with learning and performing typical daily living skills, like hygiene and cooking
*Monitoring health
*Assisting with medications
*Providing information and referral to services and resources in the community
*Adult family homes
*Day services
*Mobility training
