Mercy’s cardiac rehab program is a comprehensive exercise, education and support program for those at risk for cardiovascular disease or for those recovering from a recent heart event or procedure.
Pulmonary rehab combines education and exercise. It starts with small amounts of structured activity to help make your muscles more efficient and help decrease your shortness of breath. Participants meet every Tuesday and Thursday at the Mercy Cardiac Fitness Center located in the Mercy Health Mall.
