Sturgeon Bay facility can accommodate 70 residents, featureing 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 1 & 2 bedroom suites. Has courtyard and computer room, excerside room, library, church, beautiful sitting areas including fireplaces and a sunroom. Transport vans are available to take residents arond the city of Sturgeon Bay. Licensed by the state of Wisconsin as a class C-CNA for adult health care. Staff specializes in Advanced aged/frail elderly; Alzheimer's disease/dementia; Stroke; Congestive heart failure; Short-tem care for hospital recuperations after surgery, etc.; Physically disabled; Terminally ill. Resident must be 40 years of age or older and meet basic criteria to ensure the safety and security of all residents.
Long term care, respite and hospice options; Trained staff available 24 hours a day; Individual care planning adapted to meet the need of each resident; Set up of medical appointments and transportation; Health monitoring; Daily activities and hobbies - from stretching to cribbage.
