Referral to local physicians for follow-up care and specialty services.
Family income at or below 200% of federal poverty level guidelines. Patients who have no health insurance coverage, either through private insurance or through public programs and who meet the income guidelines will be eligible to receive free clinic services. Also residents of Waukesha County or Oconomowoc Area School District.
Minor patients, legally defined as a person under the age of 18, must have a parent or legal guardian present to receive treatment at the free clinic.
