The City of West Allis offers a low-interest home rehabilitation loan program to eligible City of West Allis residents at a reduced loan rate up to $40,000. Rehabilitation repairs covered under the program include building code violations, roofing, siding and trim, gutters and downspouts, energy conservation, windows and doors, furnaces, porch repairs, plumbing and electrical work, basement repairs, and ramps.
They also have a TID Residential Rehabilitation Load Program for single family owners who occupy properties in a Target Lending Area at 2.5% APR loans of up to $15,000.
