ADRC offers 30-minute legal consultations with a volunteer Elder Law Attorney the second Friday of each month. The volunteer attorneys counsult on topics such as: Estate Planning, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Guardianship, Wills, and Medicaid planning/Estate Recovery questions. Reservations needed- must speak with a Benefit Specialist if interested to be pre-screened. Call the main number for more information. Counseling is limited to advising only and does not include other legal work such as drafting of documnets.
