Provides care and acute rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injuries, neurobehavorial impairments, other complex medical disabilities, long-term acute program, ventilator support weaning, residential program for skills needed for successful community integration. Also offers outpatient services including walk-in clinic, on site lab, on site x-ray and outpatient therapies (physical, occupational, speech and behavioral). (Updated: 8/15/11)
